Sydney and Melbourne, distance is approximately 880km apart by road. Melbourne and Brisbane are 1,675km apart from each other. This is the reason why we run three separate warehouses instead of one central yard at a larger scale to fulfil Australian stone requirements. A single location for fulfilment would make deliveries to the regional areas and other states/cities or suburbs quite slow and expensive.
So stock ships from whichever of our three yards is nearest to the location of the construction site: Smithfield or Wetherill park in Sydney, Ivanhoe or Dandenong in Melbourne, Richlands or Yatala in Brisbane.

New South Wales
Warehouse is located at Smithfield, 2164 and a third party warehouse in Wetherill park NSW 2164. We can cover from Tweed Heads on the Queensland border to Albury on the Victorian side, plus the ACT. More than 35 suburb and regional guides can be viewed at NSW locations.
Victoria
Warehouse at Ivanhoe, 3079 with a third party warehouse at Dandenong allows us to cover delivery runs from the Bellarine Peninsula to the Mallee in the state’s north west. Suburb and regional guides can be viewed at Victoria locations.
Queensland
With our warehouse at Richlands, 4077 and Yatala, we can deliver stones from the border of New South Wales to Far North Queensland. Suburb and regional guides are available at Queensland locations.
Sydney : suburb guides, Liverpool to the Northern Beaches.
Melbourne:metro guides, Campbellfield to Point Cook
Brisbane :suburb guides, Paddington to Sandgate
A pallet of 30mm stone weighs close to 1.2 to 1.3 tonnes and covers about 15sqm to 16.5m2. The weight is the reason why regional freight costs are more per square meter than a local delivery. The truck driving one long haul to a regional town earns less per km as they have only 1 delivery to make. Locally, the same truck can do multiple drops in a day which reduces the cost per pallet.
A full pallet order is considered more efficient than a less than pallet order. If you are planning your installation outside Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, we will suggest to get the full quantity in one go rather than dividing it into multiple deliveries. This will cost you less in terms of freight and you can get the same batch of stone in one go.
Our forklift requires 3m in width for moving easily. Delivery unloading is subjective to the location of the client and logistic company.
