Sample Collection

Sample Delivery
Sample delivery can be arranged to the clients address. The transport cost has to be borne by the clients which will be adjusted in the final order.
Order Collection
No same-day pickup; processing 2-3 business days. Forklift loading for approved vehicles (Utes/trailers/trucks); No manual loading due to OH&S.
Once the order is ready for pick up, the team from Stone Planet will advise the time and collection details.
Free storage – 2 weeks. One the timeline committed has suspended, a storage fee of $8 – $10/pallet/week +GST will be levied depending on location of warehouse.. Minimum one full pallet.
Vehicle Loading Rules
Buyer ensures safe, HVNL-compliant restraint. Pallets require forklift access; unsuitable vehicles (vans/side doors) need self-loading—at Buyer’s risk. Multiple trips may incur fees (If you buy 3 pallets of natural stone and want to plan 3 trips to pick your order, the second and third trip for pick up will incur a flat fee).
Order Delivery
Deliveries for all orders of natural stones will be processed post-full payment.
Timeline of deliveries will depend on the transport companies which will be properly conveyed to the clients.
Usually, the timeline once the order has been packed are
Metro: 3-4 days;
Regional: 4-8 days (NSW/QLD/VIC/Australia-wide).
Methods: Truck forklift (2.2m clearance), HIAB crane, tailgate+pallet jack (flat concrete required). Contact for custom quotes; unsafe access risks return/storage fees.
